The Role
- Nurture relationships with a fabulous group of Timber clients by executing their benefits plan from start to finish
- This includes quoting, onboarding, ongoing service and completing renewals
- We have no expectation for business development or sales but if you have that skill set, we will support and compensate accordingly
What You Bring
- Alignment with Timber’s core values (see below)
- 5+ years of employee benefits experience in a client-facing role
- Experience maintaining great client relationships
- LLQP-licensed in Alberta
- Experience managing group retirement plans is an asset
- Strong critical-thinking ability
- Excellent communication skills
What We Offer:
- We are a family-oriented business offering flexibility and great opportunities for the right people
- Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
